Hamburg 3rd – 5th March 2016
Thanks to all those who joined us in Hamburg for the 10th European BearingNet User Meeting.
As always, it is great to see our loyal delegates returning year after year but this year was particularly special as we had so many first time attendees as well. We had over 390 delegates from 35 countries and 125 of these were first timers!
The meeting was held in the beautiful Grand Elysee Hotel. From the feedback we have had so far everyone was impressed with the hotel service, facilities and the food!! (Hooorah!!)
It really is a great feeling for us to stand back (or on the balcony) and to see and hear the room come alive with business talks and having you all there for the weekend.
The BearingNet website is a great way to facilitate online business and allows you all to trade with each other via the computer, but these meetings give so much more. The face to face networking that you all do over two days achieves so much. From 9am in the morning until 10pm (4am in the bar for some!) you are all non-stop talking business and making new contacts. It is these relationships you make in person which will be the most effective and last the longest!
Our ManEx channel is continuing to develop and grow and we are especially pleased with the companies that took part is this year’s Manufacturer’s Showcase. We hope that you took time to meet with them and find out what they have to offer, you can also find their full profiles on our ManEx Channel.
A special thank you to our Premium sponsors for all their hard work, we really feel these stands add great value to the event.
Looking to the future we have two meetings already planned for 2017. Join us in Madrid, Spain on the 8-10 June and Washington DC USA on the 7-9 September.
As always, the space available in the US hotels is wonderful, we wish we could move all that space into the European hotels….we will be going to Madrid this summer to plan how we can arrange the room layout for best effect.
If you have any comments or feedback about any aspect of the meeting please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We always want to know your views (good and bad!).
Thanks again for all of your efforts, it is truly appreciated.
See you all next year!
Where to next…
